Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard commonly used to measure accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we have done
- Every page uses a clear heading structure, with one main heading and labeled sections.
- All features, menus and forms work with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines against their backgrounds.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images and background videos are hidden from screen readers.
- Background videos have no sound, and all motion stops for visitors who turn on reduced motion in their device settings.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages explain how to fix the problem.
- Pages work at any screen width and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen reader users jump past the menu.
Known limitations
Some content comes from other companies, such as embedded Google Maps, and may not fully meet these guidelines. Each map has a written address and a directions link as an alternative.
