Escrow Services
As Escrow Agent, we work closely with Real Estate Brokers and banks to hold funds securely. All deposits are held in regulated accounts and are FDIC insured.
From the moment a contract is signed, the deposit needs a neutral, accountable place to wait. As escrow agent we receive and receipt deposits, hold them under the terms of your contract, and release them only as the contract and Florida law allow.
We stay in step with the Real Estate Brokers and banks on each transaction, so every party knows where the funds are and when they will move.
Available in Miami, Miami-Dade County, South Florida, Key Largo & the Keys, and throughout Florida.
