Who this policy covers
This policy covers advancepartnerstitle.com and the forms on it. Information we receive as part of a title, escrow or closing transaction is also covered by the privacy notice we provide in connection with that transaction, as federal law requires for financial institutions.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact, quote request or partner order forms we collect what you enter: your name, email address and phone number, your role in the transaction, the property address, purchase price, loan amount, target closing date and any notes.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
Calculators. The figures you enter in the Title & Tax Estimator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you choose to request a quote.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare title quotes.
- To open and manage title, escrow and closing files you ask us to handle.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
- To meet legal, regulatory and underwriter requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When we share it
We share information only as needed to provide our services or as the law requires: with the parties to your transaction (such as your Realtor, lender, attorney or the other side’s title company) when you ask us to work on a file; with title insurance underwriters; with service providers who host and secure this website and our email; and with government authorities when required by law.
Cookies and third-party services
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and the general location (city level). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send it what you type into forms or the estimator. Choose “Essential Only” in the cookie banner to turn it off, or use Google’s opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The site also remembers your cookie choice in your browser so the banner does not reappear.
Google Maps. Our office maps are provided by Google. Google may set cookies when a map loads, so maps load only after you accept cookies or choose to show a map. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, may collect basic traffic statistics to operate and secure its servers.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access to form entries and spam protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
